Finally! - RELIEF from shoulder pain. I am SO pleased to say that after many, many months - both preceding and postoperative rotator cuff/shoulder repair surgery I looked in vain to find therapists to help me recover from the pain and heal from shoulder pain after surgery. I went to many well-known establishments, but none of them brought me the relief I longed for.
But then I luckily came to The Prevention and Wellness Center! The difference was immediately apparent. The caring and competent staff were remarkable. They all worked together to diagnose and coordinate an effective course of action to maximize my individual healing needs. I made unbelievable progress in a very short time. I cannot believe the difference they have made in my health and quality of life. It is nothing short of miraculous.
Additionally, I really appreciated the extra comforting touches not found elswhere: The warming pads and cooling pads before and after treatments; the comfortable cushions and cozy rooms; the lovely lotions and creams used in the electric stimulations and deep tissue massage.
Most of all, however - what sets them clearly apart, is the individualized attention they give. They take the time to listen carefully to your history and make an intelligent and accurate diagnosis of your condition, followed by prescribing a appropriate and successful course of action leading to HEALING!

My son suffers from Autism. I brought him into Prevention and Wellness for Hyperbaric Oxygen Tank Treatments. After only 3 treatments, I noticed that he was much calmer and more spontaneous with his actions. Steven loves the HBOT treatments and wishes he could go in every day!

Jennifer's story:
Jennifer was bitten by a spider. The bite left a perfect ring with a red spot in the middle. The bite was in such a place that air could not get to it in order to heal. After struggling with the bite for 2 weeks she decided to try the HBOT treatment. The next day the redness had dimished and there was a faint ring. Two days later the ring and redness were gone and only a faint spot in the middle could be seen. Three days after the treatment the skin looked normal again.
